Ingredients for Sicilian Pasta with Anchovies and Breadcrumbs

All you need to cook our amazing recipe is 250 grams of wholemeal spaghetti pasta here you can use a packet if you don’t have open spaghetti pasta with you 30-gram pinenuts you can use raw almonds and fry if you want, 1 tablespoon of raisins, 25 gram of anchovies, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, breadcrumbs to taste, salt and pepper and the most useful thing is olive oil without this It will not be possible to cook the recipe.

First, we heat a pan or fry your breadcrumbs in it to soften it and then add it to our recipe so it doesn’t get soft.

When the oil is hot, add the crushed garlic and fry well for some time. If it is a little fried, we will add the washed raisins.

Cover it with tomato paste and cook it for some time. Meanwhile, while this is happening, we will heat another pot of water and when the water is a little hot, I will add 1 spoon of salt and mix it well.

When the spaghetti pasta is cooked, lift the lid of your cooker and if there is water in it, then you can add this spaghetti pasta water. I have used this water here.
