Pan-fried lemon chicken thighs with vegetables are the ingredients we used for a delicious recipe:
First, I will take 5 chicken thighs, 1 onion, 1 potato, and 1 carrot and add 3 cloves of garlic, 1 orange, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon of honey, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley with a little olive oil.
Butter We will cook this with all these things that you can easily find in any store and almost all of you have in your home kitchen.

First, take a plate or bowl wash the chicken well, and take it to the plate. Take the chickens with their skins, it makes the taste of your chicken very good. Here I have used chicken boneless if you want you can use boneless. I used chicken thighs but you can also use chicken breast here.

Then marinate the chickens well with salt, paprika, and black pepper and add a generous amount of olive oil. After marinating with everything, keep your chickens on rest for some time so that all these spices will enter your chicken well.

After that, take a pan, when it is hot, add a small amount of oil and a small amount of butter. When the batter becomes round, add your marinated chicken. Fry the chickens well on both sides, you will see that the chickens have become light golden and almost most of them will be swollen then take your chickens down.

After that, we will cut all the vegetables that we will use for this recipe like potato and onion along with a carrot, and finely chop everything.

Also, I will use 3 cloves of garlic here, so I will chop them well.

Also, take an orange, extract its juice, then mix orange juice, honey, and mustard in a bowl and keep it aside.

Next, take a pan, when it’s hot add a small amount of oil and a small amount of butter.

Add the marinated chicken to the batter when it thickens.

Fry the chickens well on both sides, you will see that the chickens are light golden and almost puffed up then take the chickens off.

When the chickens are fried well, keep them aside on a plate.

Add the rest of the chopped vegetables to the oil or butter that fried the chicken and fry well for some time. Soften when mild.

When all the vegetables are fried well, add the chicken. Then cover well with chicken and cook well.

Then lift the lid and add the juice mix you have made to it.

After cooking for some time, lift the cover and check if you have cooked it, if you see that the chickens are well puffed, take it down and garnish with coriander leaves from above your recipe for a ready meal. You eat it with your rice or roti. You can eat it as is if you want.
