How To Make Kadai Mutton Recipe

To prepare mutton curry, first take 1 kg of mutton. The mutton pieces should be taken in medium size and the fatty pieces should be taken. Then take 100 ml of white oil in a pan. There is no need to marinate the mutton in this recipe. When the oil gets a little hot, add the mutton. Keep the gas flame on medium and cook the mutton till it changes color. It will take about 8 to 10 minutes for the mutton to turn from red to slightly brown.

Then add 3 chopped onions. Now fry onion with mutton. At this point, if you can, add a little rock salt. If not available then you can use common salt. After sauteing the onions with the mutton for 6 to 7 minutes, add 2 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste and 2 teaspoons of green chilies for the glaze.

Then reduce the heat to medium and fry the meat with the ginger garlic paste for 4 to 5 minutes. Then you will see that ginger garlic paste and onions are well melted and kadai mutton (kadai mutton recipe) is started without water. At this point cover the mutton and cook for another 20 to 25 minutes. Remember to stir the mutton occasionally by opening the lid, otherwise it may stick to the bottom.

Kadai Mutton Recipe Masala To prepare this first take 8 to 10 cardamoms, 1 tsp whole coriander, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp fennel, 1 bay leaf, 10 12 dry chillies. Then lower the gas flame completely and roast the masala until the masala gives off a nice aroma. Then cool the spices and make a little powder. Do not use too much powder.

On the other hand, kadai mutton (kadai mutton recipe) will slowly release the oil. At this time add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon kasi lankar powder to the mutton for color. Mix well once. After that, add enough water. Mix the mutton well with water and boil it. You can cook the mutton in the pressure cooker at this point if you want, but since it is mutton, this recipe is best. It will take one to one and a half hours to cook the kadai mutton thoroughly.

When the mutton (kadai mutton recipe) is fully cooked, cut 4 tomatoes in half and put them in this gravy. 5 Pickles should be given. It should be cut in half except for the back part. You can easily find it in the market throughout the year. Adding this chili with tomato gives a very nice taste. If you want, you can replace it with capsicum, but it tastes best with pickled peppers.

Then add 3 teaspoons of bete sour curd to the mutton. Now mix everything well. This time, definitely check the salt. Now lower the gas frame and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes with a lid. After opening the lid, you will find that the tomato has become very soft, so you can easily remove the top layer of the tomato with a pair of tongs. By this time the gravita will have thickened and the tomatoes will be cooked well.

After that, you need to add the pre-made masala. Then mix well and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes. Then sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves on top. And once well mixed, our curry mutton recipe is completely ready.
