First, you need to marinate your chicken
Before marinating the chickens, you should thoroughly dry the remaining water from the chicken with a tissue or a paper towel.
Then take a boro or medium bowl put the chicken in it and mix it with curd, turmeric, and salt as needed. Marinate the chicken then cover it well for at least 2 hours, your chicken will be soft and the spices will penetrate into your chicken.
Then add a generous amount of raw chili, ginger, and garlic paste to your mixture.
