4 teaspoons of tomato ketchup

3 dry chilies

1.5 teaspoons of crushed ginger

2 teaspoons of crushed green chilies,

How to Make Gobi Manchurian Recipe

To make the batter of Cauliflower Manchurian, first of all, take 3 to 4 spoons of flour, 2 teaspoons of coneflower, 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper powder, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri curry powder in a bowl. Now mix everything well. You can use Kashmiri red chili powder for convenience, but if you take Kashmiri red chili batter, its color will be better.

Then add 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste to this mixture. Then mix ginger garlic paste with flour well without adding water. After mixing well, make a mouthful of batter by adding water little by little. Don’t make it too thin and don’t make it too thick or it won’t coat the cauliflower well. Then leave the batter like this for 10 to 15 minutes.

Then take a medium-sized cauliflower. (Gobi Manchurian Recipe) Cauliflower should be cut into medium size. To steam them, first, heat a pot of water and then put the cut cauliflower in this hot water. Cauliflower must be taken with a little salt in the water while boiling. Do not overcook the cauliflower, 20 to 30% done. Then take the cauliflower on a plate and cool it.

Once the cauliflowers are well-cooled, dip them in the batter. Now mix the cauliflower well with the batter. If the batter is too thin, the coating will not be very good.
