6 boiled eggs, peeled and halved
1 large onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch ginger, minced
oil as much required
2 green chili, minced (optional)
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
½ tbsp garam masala powder
½ tbsp red chili powder (optional)
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste

First, you heat a pan or a large saucepan on medium heat and add a tablespoon or as much oil as you need then heat the oil well. When the oil is hot add the onion and saute till soft or until it turns golden brown. Cook gently, about 5-6 minutes.
Then add garlic, ginger and green chillies (if using) and cook well for a few more minutes until the raw smell of these spices goes away.
Then add your powdered masalas like turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and red chili powder (if using) and cook again or saute the masalas well for a few more minutes.
When all the masalas are fried, add the flour and keep stirring continuously as it will become lumpy and the gravy will not be right.
Then slowly whisk in the milk until a smooth sauce forms and when you see your gravy thickening nicely then you know your gravy is almost done.
Then you cook with your boiled days for about 3-5 more minutes.
At the end you add salt to your taste and shake the blackpaper well.
