  • 1 tbsp Corn flour

  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp rice Flour
  • ½ tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tbsp red Chilli powder
  • ¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
  • ¼ tbsp black Pepper powder
  • â…“ tbsp Garam masala powder
  • ½ tbsp Chaat masala powder
  • â…“ tbsp Coriander powder
  • 6 tbsp Water to make the batter
  • Oil to deep fry the baby corn fingers

  • 12 pieces of baby corn should be split lengthwise. Next, give them a gentle wash before patting them dry with a kitchen towel or tissue.
  • Transfer the baby corn pieces to a plate and evenly coat them with the 1/4 teaspoon each of salt, red chilli powder and corn flour. Set them apart for ten to fifteen minutes.
  • Take a bowl, however, and prepare the batter in that. Mix it with a spoon after each addition of 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons each of corn flour, rice flour, and salt.
