(minced), 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional), 1 cup heavy cream, 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated), 1/2 cup fresh basil (chopped), Test for salt and pepper.

How to Make the Perfect Creamy Italian Sausage Pasta with Cream Cheese

Before cooking this recipe you need to take half a cup of water.

Then when you cook the pasta you first heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat then add the Italian sausage and cook until it turns brown color.

Remove any extra oil by shaking the skillet. Add the onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using) and cook until the onion is soft or lightly golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Then reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese until your cheese melts.
