Ingredients for chicken changezi recipe

All the ingredients we need for this recipe are –

750 g chicken

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp lemon juice

½ tsp black pepper powder

1 tsp chat masala powder

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp cumin powder

½ tsp salt

¼ cup oil

1 cup onion

3 tomatoes

¼ cup oil

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

¼ tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp coriander powder

½ tsp chili powder

1 tsp Kashmiri mirch

½ tsp salt

⅓ tsp turmeric powder

¼ cup curd

1 tbsp butter

¼ fresh cream

1 tbsp kasuri methi

Coriander leaves

How to make Chicken Changezi Recipe

First, I took 750 grams of chicken in a bowl and then mixed it well with lemon juice, ginger, and garlic paste.

After that, I will give some powdered masala like –

 ½ tablespoon of black pepper powder

1 tablespoon chat masala powder

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 tablespoon garam masala powder

1 tablespoon cumin powder

½ tsp salt, a pinch of red food color it is optional you can give it if you want or you can not give it.

Now mix all the spices well on the chicken and keep it for 30 minutes. You can keep it for longer if you want.

Now on the other side I will heat a pan and put white oil in it.

When the oil is hot, add the chopped onion again, this time fry till the onion becomes soft.

Now fry the chopped tomatoes for a while till the tomatoes become soft.

Now heat a pan on the other side and put white oil in it. When the oil is hot, I will cook the marinated chicken thoroughly for about 10 minutes or until the chicken is half-cooked or golden brown.

Cool the fried onions and tomatoes to a paste.

Heat oil in a pan and cook ginger and garlic paste, garam masala powder, coriander powder, salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and a little water till the oil leaves the masala.

Then I fry all the masalas well for about 2 to 3 minutes or until these masalas start to sizzle with light oil. When the masala is fried, I will add the paste that I used to fry onions and tomatoes in it. Add a little butter and fresh cream and mix it well. When everything is mixed, I will add your fried chicken to it. I will cook some of these with chicken on high to medium heat and then cook them on low heat for a while.

After cooking for some time, cover it with kasuri methi, then cut coriander leaves and 2 green chilies and cook it for a while. Your recipe is ready and at the end, you will be given a little smokey follow. Then your recipe is ready.
