How to make this recipe step by step guide below:-

First we have to cut a kilo of onion thinly to make Beresta. This barista will be used for both chicken and polao. Now to make Beresta, you need to take oil as much as a kadai, when the oil is hot, put the chopped onions in it. Then increase the gas flame and fry the onions. When the onions are fried well, remove them through a strainer and drain the oil well. They should be spread well on a plate with tissue paper, otherwise the onions may turn black in the heat.

Chicken Angara Recipe Masala To make this, take 8-10 cardamoms, 3 star anise, 4-5 cloves, 2-3 pieces of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of whole coriander, 1/2 in a pan. teaspoon cumin, 1/3 teaspoon fennel, 1/3 teaspoon sugar. Now fry them on very low flame for 40-50 seconds. After that, 12-15 cashew nuts, 5-6 wood nuts should be given.

If possible, give 1/2 Jayatriya. Now all this should be fried for one more minute. Then when you see a nice smell coming out from them and the cashews have turned a little red then these spices should be cooled and then made into a powder in a mixer.

To cook Angara Chicken (Chicken Angara Recipe) first you need to take a pan. In this, 1 kg of chicken should be given. Don’t take the chicken pieces too big or small, just medium size. To marinate the chicken, first add three tomato pastes to a fine paste. Then add 2 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of Kasuri fenugreek leaves, 2 teaspoons of raw chili paste for jhal, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder for coloring and 1.5 teaspoons of Kashmiri chili powder.

Then when it gets a little hot, it should be mixed well with logic. You have to do this same procedure again and again.

In 20-25 minutes the chicken will be cooked well. But after the first couple of mixings, you will reduce the gas film to medium. You will see the oil and water slowly starting to release from the chicken. After 20-25 minutes you will open the lid and you will see that the chicken is nicely tender and nicely cooked.

Since this is Angara Chicken (Chicken Angara Recipe), you have to burn a little charcoal in the gas. For those of you who don’t know where to get charcoal, you can get it from the charcoal shop and you can also buy it from Dashkarma shop. After burning the coal well, place a silver foil over the chicken and place the coal on it.

Then put a little bit of ghee on the charcoal and keep it covered for at least two to three minutes so that the smoky flavor of the charcoal gets into the chicken.
