1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 cup granulated sugar
tbsp salt
⅓ cup vegetable oil or canola oil

2 large eggs
¾ cup pumpkin puree canned
2 1 cup or 2 mashed bananas

How to make Perfect Banana Pumpkin Muffins Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners or grease muffin tins.
First, in a bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients for this recipe: flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, sugar, and salt.


Then take another bowl and in that bowl whisk together all the wet ingredients you have for this recipe: vegetable oil, vanilla extract, eggs, pumpkin puree, and mashed bananas. Mix all these together well.


Then gradually mix these wet ingredients with your dry ingredients but remember not to overmix.
Then fill each muffin cup with batter until it is ¾ full. Don’t make it too early because it will swell when it is baked, so it needs a lot of filling.


Once filled, bake them for at least 20-25 minutes, or check that your cake is done by inserting a toothpick in the center and seeing that there is no cake mixture on the toothpick.
Once cooked, let them cool for at least 5 or 6 minutes before eating.
